If you fail to attend more than 2 appointments within a 12 month period as an NHS patient, you WILL be deregistered.
As a private patient, you may be charged and/ or deregistered.
Dental appointments are extremely hard to come by at the moment and failure to attend your appointment places increased demand on services and prevents us from treating emergency cases.
Please let us know in plenty of time if you cannot attend your appointment, if at all possible.
